Return request placed after 24 hours won’t be eligible for refund, however proper assistance

and guidance will be given by our team to ensure the perfect experience.

Refunds will be processed after the product is received at the warehouse and is verified.

At the time of return, the product should be unused with all original labels and packaging intact.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@meridiancare.in.

Order cancellation

 All orders can be canceled until they are shipped.

 Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Course/Class Refund/Cancellation

Thank you for purchasing our course/class at www.merdiancare.in operated by Meridian Care.

  • Once purchased, our classes/courses cannot be canceled and are non-refundable.
  • You may however choose to join a different batch or let another candidate attend the course instead of you.
  • The completion certificate will only be issued once and in the name of the candidate attending the complete course and passing the required examination. 
  • If a candidate fails to attend the course/class or examination, he/she will be marked absent and no replacement lectures / examinations will be provided. The candidate is also not eligible for a refund.

Higher fee – the candidate will have to pay the differential amount.

Lower fee – a cashback coupon will be issued to the candidate for the differential amount. This coupon can be utilized as part / full payment of any other course offered by Meridian Care Institute or to buy products from www.meridiancare.in
