About the

Practicing a fitness regime in pregnancy makes sense as it prepares the body and mind to integrate the process of change that is taking place. By Practicing Yogic postures, breath awareness- pranayama and relaxation techniques is a stepping-stone for the healthy mother and baby.

ONLINE COURSE: This training will be held online via google meet or Zoom. Anyone who cannot join will receive a video recording the next day. 

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE: A recording of each training session will be distributed to all students the next day for anyone. 

LANGUAGE: The training will be given in English, Hindi or arabic FOR 

FEMALES: The training is open only to females.
